Landsdowne Rangers produced their worst performance of the season so far at Oakwood Park.
The first half was an evenly contested affair with both sides creating chances, however Shoebury scored two goals late on to lead at half time by two goals to nil.
The second half was much of the same with both sides pressing forward.
Shoebury though increased their lead to three goals to nil before Landsdowne pulled one back on 70 minutes when a low cross by Nathan Duck was slid home by Tony Bush for his third in three games.
Shoebury then added two goals to seal the points in the last ten minutes, winning five goals to one.
