Today Landsdowne took on the top team Triumph hoping to get a result and put the previous week behind them. "Have It" was unable to attend as he was ill and suffering from "sticky mattress syndrome" leaving Raviolli to pick the team.

Landsdowne took to the field looking forward to a game of football but found themselves kicked from pillar to post and permanently abused from the side-lines, the only credit going to 6 or 7 players on their side that turned up for football.

In the first 15 mins Whitey was kicked and off the player went leaving Landsdowne 11 vs 10 but they could not make it count. Triumph even had another player wrongly sent off leaving Landsdowne with 11 vs 9 for half an hour and having to listen to chant's of how shit we were. Landsdowne didn't need telling, they knew. They lacked passion and work rate and had no hunger for the game what so ever. Hence, a 6-2 drubbing was no surprise, the only plus point was the final whistle. Good riddance 2005, hopefully with some HARD WORK 2006 will be more rewarding.

MAN OF THE MATCH Perry Ives was pleased with his performance and put it down to his work rate.
