It's now two games in the Southend Sunday League and two defeats for Landsdowne Rangers.

The Saturday night beer swigging excursion certainly didn't help Landsdowne, who had a poor first half showing.

After only 3 minutes a theatrical dive in the area saw Ralee awarded a dubious penalty which they duly converted. They then scored a second midway through the first half as Landsdowne struggled to cope with some serious hangovers from the night before.

Landsdowne started the second half much brighter, creating several chances, however none were converted and Ralee scored a third goal on 55 minutes with a long punt upfield finding their striker although from the sidelines he looked at least five yards offside.

With nothing to lose the Landsdowne defence now pushed up and were rewarded with a goal after a fine corner by Martin Bell found Tony Bush at the far post and he went on to head home his second goal of the season.

Landsdowne continued to dominate thereafter and were unlucky not to score a second when a 25-yard effort from Tony Bush hit the bar.

More pressure followed but Ralee hung on to win the game.
